Aged for 3-5 months. A sister cheese of Alp Blossom, Shadow Alp is a collaboration between Hofkäserei Kraus and local Michelin Star Restaurant Schattbuch. Pleasantly soft and crunchy in texture, creamy and buttery in taste, with the kick and complex flavours of six different pepper varieties: Wild Madagascar pepper, Long Pepper, tailed pepper, kampot pepper, pink berries and cardamom.
