Aged for 2 months. this is an indulgently soft and creamy blue cheese. The curds are worked to create the perfect texture, allowing the green-blue veins to develop uniformly throughout the cheese. The cheese is ripened for two months until the delicious mild blue flavour and soft creamy texture develops. 

Pasteurised cow’s milk. Traditional rennet.  Producer: Rosie Eaton, Inverlochy Cheese Co, Campbelltown, Scotland.
