Black Truffle Potato Crisps

In a small Spanish village far, far away, lives  a donkey like no other. Guardian of the potato fields, The Ass struts proudly with a swagger and a sparkle in his eye. Fed on the finest Spanish spuds, he grew bigger, bolder and far more famous than any Ass before him. The villagers call him Burro Culon - The Big-Ass. To everyone else, he's known simply as The Famous Phatt Ass.

Phat Ass is made in an old school way, in small batches with big flavours. 

Ingredients;  Potato, Sunflower oil, Summer Truffle Flavour (4%) (glucose syrup in powder, salt, spices, aroma, Dehydrated Summer Truffle (0.06%)).
